Only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, business details and the notes you write when you request a session or email us. This site has no user accounts and no payment forms.

How we use it

To reply to your request, schedule calls, prepare quotes and deliver work you ask for. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Third parties

Fonts, scripts and styles are all served from our own site, so visiting does not send your data to third party servers. Your emails pass through your email provider and ours. If we schedule through a tool such as GoHighLevel, it will process the details you enter there.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal duties.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. We limit access to client data, use two factor login on our accounts and keep software updated. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if an incident affects you.
