Terms of Service

Services and scope

Each project is defined in a written scope that lists deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 14 days. Projects start after an agreed deposit. Remaining payments follow the milestones in the scope. Late payments may pause work.

Revisions

Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in the scope. Extra rounds are billed at our hourly rate.

Your responsibilities

You provide content, access and feedback on time, and you confirm you have the right to use any material you supply. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.

Ownership

When the final payment clears, you own the finished deliverables. We keep ownership of our general tools, methods and any pre-existing code, and give you a licence to use them within your project. We may show non confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third party accounts and tools

Domains, hosting, ad accounts, CRMs and social profiles are set up in your name. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for outages or policy changes at those providers.

Ad spend and results

We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales or advertising results. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and use it only for your project.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or lost profit losses.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over what has been finished.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are first handled by good faith discussion.
